Peel the embe, carrot,melon and cut into small pieces and dip them in warm water in a large bowl for about 2minutes

Drain the water and blend the fruits to your preferred consistency
3

Serve when warm.
I served my kids after school when the smoothie was still warm and they do enjoy!
