Here’s a very simple recipe with just a few ingredients. It’s healthy and perfect for dinner, or you can use it as a side dish for meat or fish.

Gather all the ingredients.

Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds. Trim the ends and remove the strings from the green beans, then cut them into pieces. Place the carrots and green beans in a pot and add enough water to cover them well (this will give you a flavorful broth you can use for stews or soup).

Place the pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 level tablespoon of salt. When it returns to a boil, add the beef bouillon cube. Stir and cook over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the green beans and carrots are tender.

Once cooked, let it cool slightly and strain the broth. When serving, you can drizzle with a little olive oil or sauté briefly with some oil and garlic. Hope you enjoy it!
