In a large mixing bowl, take wheat flour, fenugreek leaves chopped and add all the spices, salt, garlic chili paste, oil for moin, sesame seeds and slowly adding water knead the semi soft dough.

Cover the dough for 10 mins. Then take one portion from the dough and roll it out and saute it from both the sides applying oil.

Methi Thepla are ready to serve. Serve it with potato dry sabji, curd or any pickle.
