1 cupSemolina,
3 tbspdesi ghee,
1 cupsugar,
1/2 tspelaichi powder,
1 tspred food colour,
as required Few badam, soaked in water overnight, peeled,

Take a wok, add ghee, heat it.

Lower the flame, add semolina, stir fry it until pink.

Add 2 cup water (adjustable), stir it nicely until water is completely absorbed.

Now add sugar & elaichi powder, mix it well. Cook it until dry.

Now add colour, mix it nicely.

Turn off the flame, take out in a bowl. Keep aside. Let it cool down.

Transfer it into heart shaped mould, set it nicely. Garnish it with badam.

All cooking has been done on low flame.
