In a large bowl, add ½ cup milk, powdered sugar, oil and vanilla essence. Mix well with Hand Whisker. Now sieve all dry ingredients like maida flour, baking soda, baking powder and add them in the mixture. Mix well with Hand Whisker.

Then add in Tropolite Aromas Red velvet colour & flavour emulsion. Mix well.
To adjust the consistency of smooth batter, add extra milk or water as per needed. Lastly add vinegar and once again combined well with hand whisker. - 3
Put butter paper inside cake pan and greased the inside with oil or butter. Pour the batter into cake pan and double tap to remove air bubbles.

Place the cake pan on the stand inside preheated pan. Cover and bake on a low flame for 35-45 mins. If the cake is completely bake, check with a toothpick or knife. Cool the cake, then unmould it.

Cut top dome shaped portion of cake.
I cut small heart shape and also made some crush from the remaining portion to decorate cake. Now cut 2 or 3 horizontal layers of cake. - 6
I have baked this cake one day in advance, hence each layers is separately double wraps in cling film. Then wrap all layers together in the silver foil and kept overnight in fridge or at room temperature. Next day, remove cake layers from fridge minimum 8 hours before decorating.

For frosting:-
Take a bowl, add cream cheese, sugar and mix well using electric beater. Take another large bowl, add tropolite whipping cream and beat for a while. Then add cream cheese mixture in it and beat well for few mins. - 8
Remove 1/2 cup of this whipped cream in separate bowl. Add ¼ tsp Tropolite Aromas Red velvet colour. Now whisk both white frosting and red frosting separately. Both frosting consistency should be creamy, but stiff peaks.

Sprinkle sugar syrup on all cake layer and then spread thick layer of white frosting between layers, on top and all sides of cake evenly. (For preparing sugar syrup dissolve 2 tbsp sugar in ¼ cup of water. Let syrup cool before applying).

Place small heart shape layer in the centre on top of cake. Sprinkle all sides of cake with crumbs of red velvet cake.
Transfer red frosting into a piping bag, use the star tip and make flowers design on top around the heart shape. - 11
Yours Red Velvet Cake is ready. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set the cake before serving.
