Ingredients

  1. 14 ouncesguava paste/ jelly
  2. 12disc empanadas
  3. 1large egg
  4. 8 ouncecream cheese
  5. As neededoil to coat pan with

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the paste and cream cheese in the microwave till softened. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Lightly coat pan with oil. Beat the egg.

    Smash the paste and cream cheese till mixed well. Add 2 tablespoons of mixture to disc. Add a little egg wash to the edge. Fold empanadas in half and seal edge. Add to pan. Brush outside top with egg wash.

    Put into oven for 17-23 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
