I need to edit the steps with my other sausage roll recipe to make it more understandable.

Preheat oven to 200°C

Heat the oil in a pan and lightly cook the leek over a moderately high heat for 3-4mins

Mix the leek into the sausage meat (optional use mince and add breadcrumbs and herbs)

Roll out some puff pastry and put 3 tbsp cranbury sauce per water of meat. (Place directly on the pastry) and spread leaving 3cm space either side to wrap the rolls

Add the sausage mixture to the pastry, brush one edge of the pastry with egg and roll up pressing the edges firmly together.

Cut to the desired lengths and brush lightly with beaten egg.

Put them on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
