I made this recipe on a whim (reason behind the lack of exact measurements). When my 15 year old son said "OMG! this chicken is sooo GOOOOD! You need to make this more often!" I knew I did something right! I've never heard him that excited over a meal lol!

I watched a CookDo commercial and used the garlic-butter sauce meant for king oyster mushroom appetizers on chicken.It was a big hit.Add the green part of the Japanese leek at the end so the color wouldn't change and would stay beautiful.The point is to use a good soy sauce. I used Kikkoman brand's Freshly Pressed Nama-Shoyu. The soy sauce is mild, so this doesn't make the dish taste too strong. Recipe by mimiphone
