Place jelly crystal in pan add 1 cup water and beat stirring till crystal dissolves.

When boil take it off heat and set aside to cool take clen tray or heart shape mould fill with jelly mixture and place in refrigerator till set after setting you should cut heart shape using cutter.

For Ice Cream -
Mix together milk milk powder fresh cream sugar and vanilla essence in bowl and whisk until sugar dissolves. - 4
Pour mixture in mould and place in freezer till set.
Cut the prepeared jelly into heart shape or demould from moulds. - 5
After setting ice cream demould or cut into heart shape.
