Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPumpkin peeled and chopped
  2. 1potato big peeled and chopped
  3. 1 tspSalt to taste haldi
  4. 5/6Green chillies slitted ginger crushed 1 inch
  5. Chaunk Items
  6. 2Mirch sukhi-
  7. 2 pinchHing
  8. 1 tsp mirch powder_
  9. as required Curry patta
  10. 1 tsp jeera and saunf
  11. 1/2 tspKasoori methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potato and pumpkin chopped in a pan,add haldi and salt

  2. 2

    Pan a kadai add oil and once heated add jeera,saunf,hing,ginger and chilli add curry leaf,add kasoori methi powder 1/2 tsp,chilli powder.
    Once done add the boiled item after mashing it.cover on low flame.Remember the boiled items should be strained and then mashed.cook on low flame...till it is roasted well....

    Serve with poori or fulka,porota
    I serve for my loved ones with poori along with flowing tikhi dal or dalma chane wala(Bengal gram)....
