In a big mixing bowl, mash paneer Coarsely.

Add milkaid, milk powder in it

Mix it nicely

Now grease the kadai from everywhere with little ghee

Now cook the mashed mixture in kadai at low medium flame and add 1/2 cup milk in between. Cook till the ghee separates from it. (Approximately 10 minutes)

Grease a plate with sides and spread the cooked material in it for setting

Add elaichi powder in the end and mix nicely

Leave the kalakand to set for at least 4-5 hours then cut into desired pieces
