First add half a lemon in a bowl of milk. Now add oil, milk and lemon milk in a skillet and mix well. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and prepare better. Add milk if required.

To bake, put sand in a pan and bake for 2 minutes. (Dhokla dish is used instead of cake tin to make Swiss roll)

Separate two teaspoons of batter from the cake batter and mix the red color in it. Fill it into the cone. Grease the butter in a dish and apply butter paper on it to make small hats. Let it bake for five minutes in a preheated pan. Now add white batter on it and let it bake on medium gas for 15 minutes.

Now take the cake in a handkerchief. And roll it and let it set in the freezer for 30 minutes

To make the cream, whisk the room temperature butter with the help of a hand whisker. Add milk med and vanilla essence and mix well. The cream is ready.

Remove the prepared rolls from the freezer, apply cream in it, add finely chopped strawberries and let it set in the freezer again for one hour with tight rolls.
Ready Swiss roll.. Cut it and serve.
