Ingredients

  • fillings
  • 80 gground black sesame
  • 40 gsugar
  • 20 gbutter
  • wrap
  • 2 cupsglutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cupboiling water
  • 1/4 cuproom temperature water

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix ground sesame seed, sugar, melted butter and a table spoon of water, mix and then pour in a bag to chill in freezer.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, add in all glutinous rice flour, and add boiling water first. Mix, and then add in room temperature water. Knead to form a dough.

  3. 3

    Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Use this time to size sesame blocks.

  4. 4

    Wrap filling to dough. Repeat many times.

How do you cook them? In boiling water? Is the brown liquid in the bowl a syrup? Do you use brown sugar to make it? I need the steps 5, 6 and 7!!!
