Tangyuan, or sweet rice ball, is a ball shaped food made by glutinous rice flour. Tangyuan symbolises being together with love ones. It's a sweet dessert for celebrating Yuanxiao festival, usually a month after Chinese New Year.

Mix ground sesame seed, sugar, melted butter and a table spoon of water, mix and then pour in a bag to chill in freezer.

In a bowl, add in all glutinous rice flour, and add boiling water first. Mix, and then add in room temperature water. Knead to form a dough.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Use this time to size sesame blocks.

Wrap filling to dough. Repeat many times.
