Grate garlic cloves and mix all the ingredients in the marinade. Put pork chunks in marinade, mix well and then leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Mix all the sauce ingredients togethe

Let all the pork chunks be coated with a thin layer of potato starch.

Heat a pan and add in some oil. Pan fry the pork chunks until both sides are golden.

Get another clean frying pan and add in one Tablespoon of cooking oil. Add in and fry onion, carrot and celery for 2-3 minutes. Then, add in the pork.

Pour over all the sauce and mix well.

Sprinkle chopped spring onion and sesames on the top before serving. Enjoy.
