Egg Korma
Steps

Hard boil eggs,peel,prick with a fork/tooth pick and fry till golden brown.

Heat remaining oil,add cardemoms, cloves and bay leaves.Add chopped onion,fry till golden.Add g-g paste.Saute few seconds.

Grind the mentioned spices with dessicated coconut.Add to the gravy,add curd also.saute few seconds. Add powdered spices also.Saute and add 1/2cup water and cook till raw smell is gone.

Add fried eggs and garam masala powder,adjust gravy.Simmer for 5 minutes.Put off heat,add kewra water and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Serve with paratha /naan.
