Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpotatoes
  2. 2med size onions
  3. 3Green chilli
  4. 1 tspsalt to taste
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspqasoori methi
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 1egg
  10. 4 tbspmaida
  11. oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes

  2. 2

    Chop onion and shallow fry in 1 spoon oil

  3. 3

    Let it cool

  4. 4

    Add all masala in potatoes.onion and green chilli.

    Make cutlets and dip in egg then coating maida

    Fry in oil.ready to eat
