Cut your deli roast beef into strips…….

Heat some olive oil in a skillet …….

Sauté your onions and green pepper in olive oil until tender ……

Next add in your roast beef, and sauté lightly with your onion and green pepper until roast beef is slightly browned…..

Add to roast beef your black pepper, Montreal steak seasoning and garlic powder, sauté on low heat for several minutes……

Add in your prepared brown gravy and continue to cook on low heat until gravy is warmed…….

Top with several slices of your provolone cheese, place a lid on top of skillet, remove from heat and keep lid on until cheese has melted …….

Serve roast beef on top of toasted English muffins and enjoy 😉!!!
