This is something that I grew up eating and I know that my children still get this in the schools sometimes as well! 😆🤦🏻‍♀️👍 A very popular (and fairly cheap) dish to make in our area. Hamburger is the cheapest meat you can get, canned beans are pretty inexpensive, and who doesn't have elbow macaroni noodles laying around? Amirite? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣 You could use fresh or canned tomatoes and also make this with any beans that you have or choose. For that matter you could make this with any pasta as well. 😏👍🤷🏻‍♀️👌😎
