Bought 2 bunches of asparagus this weekend. I wanted some simple pasta.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchgreen asparagus
  2. 4 slicescured ham
  3. 2Short pasta for
  4. 30 grparmesan + some slivers
  5. Knobbutter
  6. 15 clcream
  7. 50 grchervil fresh or frozen
  8. 3whites of spring onions cut
  9. 1/2 tbgarlic powder
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the asparagus and cut into 3. Halve the fat ones.

    Steam or cook in salted water

  3. 3

    Cook pasta according packaging.

  4. 4

    In a small pan put the cream with the parmesan,the chervil and onions. Reduce a bit.
    Season.

    Meanwhile reheat the veg in a small skillet with a knob of butter.
    Put in sauce.

    Put in the cooked pasta. With a bit of cooking liqued.

  7. 7

    Serve with the cut ham and parmesan slitters.
    Finish with some pepper.
