Storage of Shambo, Scotch bonnet and Pepper 🌶🌶🌶
I have detailed recipe on Hausa site I decide to post same for the English site on request from my able boss @grubskitchen and this recipe is for you🤗
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Firstly you need enough space and sunlight for it to come out perfectly if you dry it under the shade it comes out black there by making your soups not come out nice
- 2
What i do is pay some experts who do this to remove the seeds and the stem from the peppers and cut in 2 lenght wise
- 3
Now if you dont have cemented flour you can but plastic roofing one used for tents during weddings and spread on top be sure that it is on DONOT DISTURB MODE yes the moment you spread dont go turning it leave it to dry the sun will do the magic
- 4
When its dr which takes about 2weeks put into a big basin and mix so the seeds are at the bottom now get your nylon and store after picking the good ones be sure to save this in an absolutely dry room to avoid it being damp and soggy this can last upto 6 months save for a raining day yes these are all expensive during the raining season
- 5
Now for the spring onion you need 2 methods the dry method and the freeze method
For the dry method you cut into desired shapes and dry in shade this time around avoid sun light it looses its bright green colour store in an air tight container or you can blend to dry powder - 6
For the frozen tire in small nylon bags and store in freezer if you have enough light
- 7
This is a very effective method which i have been using for close to 5years and it works for me 😉

Japanese Style New York Cheesecake Japanese Style New York Cheesecake
This is my favorite recipe for cheesecakes and it has become my signature cheesecake recipe throughout the years. I originally got the recipe off of a Japanese cheesecake cook book written by Yasuyo Shida. I have since lost the book but luckily I still have the Chinese version of the recipe. My friends and family have been asking me for the recipe and I am finally translating this recipe into English as it seems to be unavailable in English. Lilian Lin -
Homemade Mocha Creamer With Hint Of Cinnamon Homemade Mocha Creamer With Hint Of Cinnamon
I came upon this recipe on Pinterest. I've just recently gotten on this big health kick and I love my morning coffee, but realized how many calories and unhealthy ingredients are in creamer that you can buy from the store. When I found this recipe I had to try it! Once I did I loved it, it's a lot more chocolate flavor then I was expecting, it made my coffee taste almost like hot chocolate but coffee, with only 2 tablespoons! Lauren Davis -

Tandoori Chicken 🍗 🌶 🥵 🔥 Tandoori Chicken 🍗 🌶 🥵 🔥
Bright red, very spicy, extra juicy and packed with flavour. Great for smoking over a campfire or grilling on the BBQ. Goes great with home-made naan!Where the Red comes from:The idea is to get all the Red from chilies 🌶 - but that would make it too hot 🥵 for most to eat... so you can sub some spice with Red Food Color, Paprika, or Beet Juice.Make it your way:As long as you have 1+ cups of yoghurt , 2+ cloves of garlic, 1tsp+ of salt, and some chicken in an airtight bag in the fridge for 4+ hours, the processing will happen, and it will taste great. Everything else is up to you!Notes:- Don’t cook this inside (the spice)- Wash your hands after touching the peppers- the heat is in the pepper seeds.. you can leave them in, or wash them out.
