Ingredients

40 minutes
2 people
  1. 1/2 cupPearl Barley (Boiled)
  2. 2pita bread - torn into small pieces and toasted lightly in olive oil
  3. Sumac
  4. All Spice
  5. Salt and Pepper
  6. Cinnamon
  7. Cos Lettuce 🥬
  8. Cherry Tomatoes 🍅
  9. Lebanese Cucumber 🥒
  10. handfulPomegranate ariels -
  11. Lemon juice
  12. Olive oil
  13. Flat leaf Parsley - chopped

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl - add pita last

  2. 2

    Add the spices

  3. 3

    Add the lemon juice

  4. 4

    Add the olive oil

  5. 5

    Mix and taste for seasoning - adjust, add the pita crisps, toss salad and serve!
