1 Cupmava,
1 tbsp ghee.
1 tbsp elaichi powder.'
as required Kaju for garnish,
1/2 Cupsugar

In pan add ghee.

Add carrot, beetroot.

Add sugar, mava.Mix well

Cook till thick & moisture reduces.Add elaichi

Spread on aluminium tray. Level it.

When cool cut into pieces.Garnish with kaju.
