After my wedding, I treated my family to a Brazilian steakhouse in the city. They loved everything! Tito Roy especially loved their cheese bread and recreated it at home :)

Steps
- 1
In a blender, blend the first 3 ingredients until smooth.
- 2
Add in the tapioca flour and salt. Blend.
- 3
Add in your cheese(s). Feel free to use any kind of cheese, or add more cheese if you’d like! Blend just until cheese is mixed throughout - doesn’t have to be a smooth batter.
- 4
Brush oil in a mini muffin tin. We used a silicone one.
- 5
Pour em up 1 heaping tbsp at a time.
- 6
Bake at 400 F for 15-18mins and you’re all set! Enjoy with jam, your favorite Brazilian meal, or by itself :)
