Steps

Add 2 cups Atta (Wheat Flour) in a bowl

Add 1 medium bowl leftover Dal (Lentil soup) in Atta

Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Add 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Add 1 tablespoon Cumin seed

Add 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder

Add chopped Coriander leaves

Add 1 teaspoon Refined Oil

Mix well

Add Water as per requirement and mix well

Dough is ready. Apply some Refined Oil on dough to make it soft

Cover dough for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, divide dough in small equal portions

Take some Atta in a plate. Coat the small dough balls with Atta

Prepare Paratha using the small dough balls

Place Paratha on hot pan and roast both sides first

Apply 1 teaspoon Refined Oil on both sides of Paratha and fry till golden yellow in medium heat

Dal Paratha is ready
