Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add boiled potatoes. Add all dry masale and mix and mashed potatoes with the help of a fork.

Cook on low flame till roasted well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix. Stuffing is ready.

Now apply butter to the bread slices. Place 2 TB spoon of stuffing and spread it on the slice. Apply green chutney on it.

Place the 2nd slice over it. Likewise prepare another sandwich. Heat a griddle and apply little butter and place the sandwich over it and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from another side also. Apply butter all around the sandwich. Likewise make a second sandwich.
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
