Ingredients

  1. 5 lbyellow potatoes, diced 1/2in cubes
  2. 2 clovesgarlic, chopped
  3. 1onion, diced
  4. 1 bagcarrots, diced
  5. 1 bagcelery, diced
  6. 1 candill pickles, diced
  7. 2.5 boxesvegetable broth or chicken broth
  8. 1 cuppickle juice
  9. 24 ozsour cream
  10. Flour
  11. 2 tbsdill, chopped
  12. Garlic powder
  13. Salt and pepper
  14. Cayenne pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Dice your potatoes, onions, carrots, celery and pickles. Chop garlic.

    Crockpot on high, pour in broth. Add potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, pickles and garlic.

    Let cook until potatoes and carrots are soft. About 4 hours.

    Add pickle brine. Salt, pepper. Garlic powder. Chopped dill.

  5. 5

    Mix the sour cream and flour before mixing into the soup, then add to crockpot. Depending on how thick you want it, you can add more or less flour.

    Add some cayenne for some heat.
