Butter Garlic Shrimp & Zoodles
Quick and easy dinner. Did I mention it’s healthy too?
Cooking Instructions

Sweat out zucchini by laying out on baking sheet or cutting board and sprinkle with salt.

While zucchini sweats, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add butter and spices (excluding salt and pepper) and mix until butter has melted.

Add shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 2 minutes until browned on one side. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet to a plate and set aside.

Add the lemon juice and chicken broth and stir. Add in your zoodles and stir into the sauce. When zoodles are warm and shrimp back to skillet. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
