Perogies Casserole

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375.
- 2
Chop onions and garlic. Throw butter in skillet, med heat and cook your onions, 3-4 mins or until transient, then add garlic, 30 secs. Set aside.
- 3
Throw some more butter in the skillet, med heat. Add panko, salt and pepper. Once golden brown, take off heat, place in small bowl and set aside.
- 4
Dice your kielbasa, if you chose to add it. Give it a 5 min cook over med-high heat in a skillet and drain.
- 5
Perogies should be thawed. You can boil them if they're frozen.
- 6
Make your McCormick Creamy Mix, add salt and pepper. Add your onions and garlic. Mix with your cheese.
- 7
Spray your baking pan with Pam, then place 1st layer of perogies and kielbasa.
- 8
Spread cheese mixture over 1st layer. Add another layer of perogies and kielbasa, then add your second layer of cheese over it.
- 9
Cover with foil. Bake for 30 mins.
- 10
Grab your panko mix, add parmasan and chives. It gets sprinkled over the casserole when it's done.
