Steps

Take a cauliflower and cut it into medium sized florets and slice the potatoes. Wash and rinse them thoroughly

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed wok

Add cumin seeds + Ginger garlic paste + {Spring onion greens (Optional) }.... Allow them to crackle

Add spices: Red chilli powder + Turmeric powder + Salt.... Saute well

Add washed cauliflower + Sliced potatoes.... Saute all well for 2-3 minutes

Add tomato puree.... Mix and Cover the lid... And cook until properly cooked

Aloo Gobhi is ready.... (You can also add fresh coriander leaves)

Transfer in a serving bowl and Enjoy aloo Gobhi with rotis, parathas, rice, bread or puris.......
