Soak sabudana for 5-6 hours.Divide into three parts.

First take 1-2 spoons of oil put 1/2 cup boiled chopped potatoes and fry for 2-4 minutes then add 4-5 spoons crushed peanuts and crushed green chillies.fry,then add salt.mix.

Now add sabudana and mix and cook for 5 mins.same way prepare green khichdi just add coriander leaves and greenchilies paste.

For red sabudana add Kashmiri red chilli powder.

For assembling
In a glass put red sabudana khichdi layer,then put yoghurt layer,green khichdi layer, pomogranate seeds layer,then white khichdi layer and garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
