Happy Mahashivratri to all my dear friends On this auspicious occasion of Shivratri ., I am sharing with you a very simple recipe of Sabudana khichdi

Wash the sabudana three four times thoroughly with water and then add water in which the sabudana gets just soaked. Keep aside for about one and a half hours and then drain the excess water and keep aside

In a fry pan add some oil and lightly roast the peanuts

Take out the peanuts.In the same pan add jeera, ginger and green chillies, and saute it for about 2-3 minutes. Now add the curry leaves and saute again for a minute.

To it add the tomatoes, boiled potatoes, sabudana and roasted peanuts. To this add senda namak and black pepper. Keep the flame high and Stir all the ingredients well.

Now, the tip of the day is add 2-3 teaspoon lemon juice, with this your sabudana will not get soggy or sticky. Serve hot
