A super delicious Indo-Chinese dish of fried veggie balls in a spicy, sweet and tangy sauce.

Grated the cabbage and carrot.chopped the capsicum and spring onions.take cabbage and spring onion in a mixing bowl add 1/2 tsp salt and leave it for 5-7 minute. After that squeeze the extra water. Add carrot and capsicum with them.

Add corn flour,maida,pepper powder, and little salt.mix well. Grease the hand and make lemon size balls from this mixture. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry them on medium flame until they turn golden brown.

Keep aside the fried balls and take all chopped veggies for manchurian sauce.heat oil in kadhai or wok add ginger,garlic and green Chilli. Saute 30 seconds on high flame

Add onion and capsicum.saute for a minute on high flame then add all sauces one by one and vinegar.add pepper powder and salt as per taste.mix well.Now take corn flour in a bowl add some water and make a slurry and add with veggies.

Now add one cup water
When it start boiling add fried manchurian balls and bring it a boil. Switch off the flame. Dish out and garnish with green parts of some spring onion and served
