1dry red chilli
1chilli finely chopped
Halved roasted cashews
Pinchurad dal
1 tspmustard seeds
leavesOptional: curry
Dried coconut peels
2 tbspthawed fresh coconut

Heat oil + ghee in pan. Splutter mustard

Add chillies and cashew

Add urad dal and dried coconut peels
4

Add rice and mix it in. Season with salt. Add crushed pepper.

Add thawed fresh coconut and mix in. Optionally garnish with quartered fresh curry leaves
