I wanted to try something new This cake is no fried version. Cake is soaked in dahi and chutney and crispy boondi and garnished with roasted cumin powder,red chilli power and freshly chopped cilantro.#BHC

I wanted to try something new This cake is no fried version. Cake is soaked in dahi and chutney and crispy boondi and garnished with roasted cumin powder,red chilli power and freshly chopped cilantro.#BHC

Soak urad dal and yellow moong dal overnight. Grind along with chillies, ginger,salt and hing until soft fluffy and thick batter. Let the batter rest for an hour

After batter has fermented. Dissolve baking soda in water,add this water to batter, and whisk well

Grease 7" baking tin pour the batter and bake in preeated over for 45 min at 180 degree temperature and then last 5 min at 230 degree temperature.

Make hung curd.once the cake is cool place upside down.cut in two halves and one half soak the cake in curd water top with hung curd sprinkle some raita boondi again top with other half of cake

In hung curd mixture add black pepper powder salt sugar chaat masala,adjust ingredients according to your taste

Decorate the cake with raita boondi, roasted jeera, tamarind chutney, chopped coriander
Serve cold.
