Blueberry is not easily available in our market. I have the opportunity of getting one box of it and so I tried this muffin. It is really nice and easy to prepare.

Blueberry is not easily available in our market. I have the opportunity of getting one box of it and so I tried this muffin. It is really nice and easy to prepare.
Steps

Whisk the dry ingredients- flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Mix the wet ingredients- butter, refined oil, sugar, vanilla essence and beaten yogurt.

Wash and clean blueberries with water.
- 4
Add wet mixture into dry mixture and mix well so that no lump is formed. Make sure that the batter is thick. To it add few blueberries.

Fill 3/4 th of the muffin tin with the batter. Keep 2-3 blueberries on the top for show.

Bake the muffins for 5mins at high temperature with both the heating elements, top and bottom on. Then cook for another 12-15 minutes at low heat with only the bottom heating element on.

When the muffins become cool to room temperature, remove it from the tin and serve.
