Easy crowd pleaser for simple mornings where you want to enjoy company more than you want to cook all morning in the kitchen. Serve with hot sauce.

Preheat oven to 325F

Fry the bacon until crisp, remove from pan and drain, and then chop when cool

Scramble the eggs, add the salt, pepper, cheese, and green onions.

Cut a long rectangle in the bread top, and then tear out the top to make a boat. Dont worry if you don't get all the bread insides out, it'll help soak up the egg mixture.

Add the cooled chopped bacon to the egg mixture.

Spoon the mixture into the bread boat and then bake in the oven for 30-35 min or until the egg has cooked and set.

Cool on the counter for 10 min, and then slice into rounds. If you slice it right out of the oven, the filling will spill out on your cutting board.
