Ingredients: 1 onion chopped; 1 tsp ginger chhoped; 1 tsp garlic chopped; 1 tsp tomato ketchup; 1 tsp chilli sauce; 1 tsp soya sauce; 1tbsp cornflour; 1/2 cup water; 1 tsp vinegar; 2 cup grated caabage; 1 cup carrot grated; 1 tsp ginger paste; 1 tsp pepper powder; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1 tsp soya sauce; as per taste salt; 5 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida); 3 tbsp cornstarch; as required Oil for deep frying; as needed spring onions for garnish

Ingredients

1onion chopped
1 tspginger chhoped
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp soya sauce
1tbsp cornflour
1/2 cupwater
1 tsp vinegar
For Manchurian Balls -
2 cupgrated caabage
1 cupcarrot grated
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp soya sauce
as per taste salt
5 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
3 tbsp cornstarch
as required Oil for deep frying
as neededspring onions for garnish

Steps

Take large bowl add grated carrots caabage ginger garlic paste paper powder chilli sauce soya sauce salt all-purpose flour cornflour

Mix throughly without squzzzing water from ingredents If mixture is wet add some all-purpose flour and cornflour in it mix. Make small balls using mixture

Heat oil in pan / kadai add chopped onions chopped garlic chhoped ginger fry until raw smell disaapered add tomato ketch up chilli sauce soya sauce cornflour mixture vinegar mix well

Add fried manchurians balls mix well sprinkle some chopped spring onions
Serve hot
