A delicious, easy, eggless tea cake made with whole wheat flour.
Baking needs lot of patience, with perfect measurements to achieve the best results. This is my favourite tea cake which I regularly bake for my family.

Baking needs lot of patience, with perfect measurements to achieve the best results. This is my favourite tea cake which I regularly bake for my family.
Steps

Sieve whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda for 6-7 times.

Cream butter, condensed milk.
- 3
Add 1/2 milk, vanilla essence to the creamed butter condensed milk mixture.

Mix sieved flour to the wet ingredients in two batches.

Grease baking tin with oil. Preheat oven @170'c. Baking tin size 8" rectangular shape.

Take 1/4 of cake mixture add cocoa powder, and remaining milk. Mix well.

Pour the cocoa cake mixture to the greased baking tin.

Pour the normal cake mixture to the baking tin. Always fill the baking tin with 3/4 amount of batter.

Bake @170'c for 45 minutes / until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Give a resting time of 10-15 minutes. Demold and allow it to cool down completely on wire rack.

Slice your cake and enjoy for tea time. Happy baking!😀
