Life begins in a woman's womb & it is in her guiding hands & tender care that it finds expression. My recipe is dedicated to my mother for whom I have seen the light of this world. She taught me to cook my all time favourite dish (Daab Chingri). I also find this recipe special & perfect to celebrate womanhood as here the shrimps are slowly cooked in a rich sauce inside a whole coconut which renders its most tender, buttery texture.
