Ingredients

25 minutes
  • 1 cupparboiled rice
  • 2 1/2 cupsugarcane juice
  • 1/4 tspcaradomn powder
  • 3 tbspdry fruits (almond,kaju,coconut)
  • 1 tbspkhoya

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat sugarcane juice in heavy bottom pan.
    Boil it  discard the impurities.

    Add rice and cook till become creamy.

    Add khoya and cook for a minute.add Caradamon powder

    Heat ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits.

    Serve hot or chill topping with dry fruits...
