My family loves this dessert! I could not find one on here so I just had to share this recipe

Ingredients

8-10 servings
  1. 3 cupspretzle sticks or twists. Crushed
  2. 3/4 stickbutter
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. Filling
  5. 2 cupscoolwhip
  6. 8 oz.Softened cream cheese
  7. 1/2 cupsugar
  8. Topping
  9. 2 packages (3 oz.)Each) strawberry jello
  10. 2 cupsboiling water
  11. 2 packs (16 oz)each) fresh strawberries thin sliced
  12. Additional cool whip if necessary

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, combine the pretzels, butter, and 1/2 cup sugar. Press into a greased 9X13 baking dish
    Bake at 350 for 10 min.
    Cool on a wire rack

    For filling- in a small bowl beat cool whip, cream cheese, and the other 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth. Spread over cooked (and cooled) Pretzel crust. Refrigerate until chilled.

    For Topping- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in strawberries, chill until partiality set. Slowly and carefully pour this mixture over the cream cheese on top of the pretzle mix. Chill for 4-6 hours or until firm. Can add more cool whip on top
