For stuffing
Take a pan add 2tbsp oil then add all chopped veggies,saute for 7/8 min. Then add black pepper powder and salt for veggies.switchoff the flame.keep a side - 2
Pudina/mint paste
Add chopped pudina(mint), Coriander leaves,salt for dough,make a paste - 3
Take 1.5 cup wheat flour in bowl then add mint paste,2tbsp oil make a soft dough.apply oil on dough keep a side for rest

Start to making momos,make small round shape of dough(just like we rolling paratha).fill 1tsp stuffing on it.make small folds of all edges, give round shape to momos.give any shape you like.

After preparing all round shape momos.keep on steamer for 12/15 minutes.

Serve hot minty flavoured momos with spicy red chutney.
