Sweetened Poha

It's very easy to make and yet tasty. I heard about it from a friend when I told her my daughter loves anything and everything made of poha (flattened rice).
There is a story about Lord Krushna's childhood friend Sudama bringing just a fistful of poha for him. He could not afford anything fancy as a gift for his renowned friend. So when this recipe was shred, my fiend named it in Marathi as Sudamyache Pohe (Sudama's pohe).
Now why my daughter likes it is another story. She loves poha and she loves all sweets that have jaggery and coconut and believe me there are many sweets Maharashtrians make that has these two making anything else optional/redundant. But apart from that, my daughter loves it because it is very easy to make (simmppple) and less time consuming (and probably she has confidence that this one I can not go wrong with !! :-) )
