To begin with, take one bowl, add 2 -3 cups of water, and add basmati rice in a bowl, add some cloves, tej patta, or cinnamon.
Heat it for 30 minutes maximum.

While the rice is soaking, prepare all veggies and chopped them in a smaller size (onion, Capsicum, tomato, potato)

To add with, chopped ginger, green chili, garlic and mix it gently and make the thick paste.

After that, take one pan, add 3 tablespoon of oil and butter.
Once the ghee has melted, add whole spices and all veggies. Mix gently until the onion become golden. - 5
Moreover, add biryani masala, red chili powder, salt as per quantity, dhanya jeera powder, coriander leaves.

Mix the rice gently with all the ingredients.

Finally, serve the veg- pulav and garnished with coriander leaves, and fried cashews.
