Ingredients

2 people
  • 1/4 cup chopped and parboiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cupchopped and parboiled carrots
  • 1/4 cupchopped and parboiled green peas
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspfresh cream
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspfreshly ground pepper

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the parboiled vegetables in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and fresh cream and mix well. Add the salt and the freshly ground pepper.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
