These soft pancakes are wheat flour made and have used jaggery instead of sugar and its eggless.
Steps

Melt jaggery by adding 3 tbsp water. In mixing bowl add Aata + salt + cinnamon powder + mashed banana + oil and mix well. Add jaggery + baking powder and give a good mix. Add milk as required for a smooth flowing consistency, Batter is ready.

Grease pan cake maker, pour 2-3 tbsp of batter and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Bubbles will appear on surface, flip the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes. Follow the same process with rest of the batter.

Garnish with banana slices and enjoy.
