  1. 250 gramsblack-eyed peas
  2. 300 gramsfrozen spinach
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 1orange bell pepper
  5. 1large onion, finely chopped
  6. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  7. 1vegetable bouillon cube
  8. 1/2 cantomato juice
  9. olive oil
  10. salt, pepper
  11. (nutmeg, chili, curry) optional, but worth it..
  12. dill

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, boil the black-eyed peas thoroughly.

    In another pot, sauté the onion, carrot, and bell pepper over medium heat until softened.
