Ingredients

  1. 4 cansblack eyed peas
  2. 1/2 poundcut sausage
  3. 1 tablespoonCajun seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In pot cook cut up sausage.

  2. 2

    Add 4 cans undrained black eyed peas.

  3. 3

    Add Cajun seasoning. Cook about 10 minutes until heated through. Serve.
