Ingredients

  • 500 grmedium gluten flour
  • 4 tbswheat flour
  • 1 tspdried yeast
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 60 grmilk powder
  • 2white eggs
  • 280 mlfresh milk
  • 80 grbutter put to melt
  • 1 droppandan paste
  • 4 tbswhite sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    The ingredients dividend into 2
    made the white layers first: Medium gluten flour,wheat flour,sugars, dried yeast, milk powder, Baking powder mix well,then add white egg mix well,the add 140 ml of milk little by little mix well then add the butter mix well then cover with cling wrap wait until the dough rises.

    Made the pandan layers :
    140ml of milk add pandan paste mix well.
    Medium gluten flour,wheat flour, dried yeast, baking powder,sugar mix well add the white egg mix well.then add the milk little by little then add then butter mix well,cover with cling wrap wait until the dough rises.

    After the dough rises the white dough dividend into 4pieces

    Role the each colour of then dough using rolling pin, after that the pandan Dough put on top white dough then roll it and cut in,(1 role can cut into 5-6 PCs)take the tray add the baking paper,the dough put on top baking paper

    Put to steam for 15minutes ready to serve.
