Who doesn't love Vanilla Ice cream, especially when summer is just around the corner? I am presenting a really easy and beyond delicious recipe of vanilla ice-cream which is so creamy , melt in the mouth and favourite with young and old! Enjoy loads of it!

200 mlFresh cream or dairy based whipping cream
200 mlCondensed milk
5 dropsVanilla essence
as required Sugar sprinkles, chocochips & cherries to garnish on top

First, chill the cream and condensed milk for 1 hour. Also chill the electric beater whisks and the bowl in which you will be making the ice cream. This will ensure better whipping and aeration.

Then whisk both with electric beater till super creamy for around 10 minutes.

Then pour in a chilled glass container, cover with cling film twice and close with the airtight lid.

Freeze overnight or for 7 to 8 hours and then enjoy scoop fulls of ice cream topped with sugar sprinlkles, candied cherries and Choco chips! Yummy!
